The Lineage 1000 is Embraers fourth offering in the business-jet market - an ultra-large jet based on the Embraer 190 regional airliner. It features a large cabin with a luxurious interior in five distinct areas, where up to 19 passengers will enjoy a variety of ambiences for lounging, dining, conferencing or relaxing. Behind the cockpit, there is a crew rest area, followed by a galley. A large lavatory is aft, just before the baggage compartment.

History (Geschichte)
The Lineage 1000, an ultra-large business jet based on the Embraer 190 commercial jet platform, was announced on 2 May 2006 at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland.
